化工品进口流程：

1、进口商和国外签订合同

2、国外订舱发货

3、货物到港

4、换单

5、报检，出报检单

6、报关，海关查验，出税金

7、缴税，海关放行

8、预约商检 商检查验放行

9、提货

化工品通关需要提供的资料

1、箱单

2、发票

3、贸易合同

4、海运提单

化工品进口注意事项：

1、化工品分为法检化工品和非法检化工品，非法检化工品则不需要商检。

2、为了保险起见，普通化工品进口前让国外提供MSDS，确定没有危险品成分。

3、如果是出口国家是疫区要在国外做好。

4、如果化工品有木质包装或者托盘，需要给木质包装和托盘报检。
